Palm Pixie Phone

Has Palm also got Thinning fever? Yeah! When there are lots of slim phones around in the market, Palm is also adding slim phone to its series. Today, Palm has unveiled its new Pixi mobile phone assuring faster and intuitive communication. What sets the latest model apart is its customizable design.

You can download web apps from the Palm Beta App Catalog and customize your personal Palm Pixi for a bundle of fun activities whether social networking on Local Concerts by iLike, and Yelp or a musical experience. The Palm media Sync feature lets you download videos from iTunes or buy your favourite musical tracks via Amazon’s MP3 Store.

Pixie is a phone belonging to the Palm webOS Line. Its striking design boasts full keyboard for easiness in operation. The High-speed connectivity (EVDO Rev. A) of Pixie adds versatility.

“With Palm webOS, we’re creating a new, more intuitive smartphone experience defined by unmatched simplicity and usefulness,” said Jon Rubinstein, Palm chairman and chief executive officer. “Palm Pixi brings this unique experience to a broader range of people who want enhanced messaging and social networking in a design that lets them express their personal style.”
